Relevant authorities are required to consult on a direction which will restrict CROW access in the long-term (that is, for over 6 months or indefinitely), when reassessing an existing direction, or when proposing to vary or revoke an existing direction. The relevant authority must publish here a notice giving details of these consultations, and provide the public with an opportunity to comment. For more information on the reassessment process, refer to Annex M.
