How to use this search page

  • You can search for access land in an area of England using the search facility.
  • Please note that you are currently in a web portal environment. This means the 'refresh' and 'back' buttons on your browser will not work; you must use the back buttons on the screen.

Step 1

  • Select the search criteria to be used.

Step 2

  • Enter or select from a pulldown the data you wish to search with.
  • If you have an Ordnance Survey grid reference, enter this in the relevant box to receive the most accurate search result, however if you do not have this, you can enter a postcode or the name of the nearest significant town or village. Please note that minor settlements may not be recognised.

Step 3

  • The CROW access rights may be temporarily restricted at times. To find where, please enter the date range you are interested in. To find out more about the CROW restrictions system, click here.
